Every Techne product begins with a question.
How do people perform at their best?
What conditions help them recover, focus, learn, or adapt?
How can technology become a better partner rather than another source of complexity?
These questions guide an iterative process of observation, research, prototyping, measurement, and continuous refinement.
Our methodology continues to evolve alongside our products, informed by real-world experience and ongoing research. We call our research lab Nous. It means collective intelligence.
Our Founder
Techne was founded by Dhanashree Ramachandran, a designer and researcher exploring the intersection of human readiness, experience design, and intelligent technologies.
Drawing from a background in design, wellness, behavioral science, and systems thinking, her work focuses on creating products that strengthen the relationship between people and technology.
Techne represents the applied venture layer of that work—transforming research into products that can be experienced, tested, and continually improved.
